Bob Thomas, Mike Erdman Motors Parts Department Manager, has been in the parts side of the automotive business many years. Bob's goal along with his staff is Customer Satisfaction. Bob has been a Parts Manager for sometime and has a program to have an ever increasing inventory to serve you better. Bob knows that his staff is the key and he is proud of the well trained people on his team. The on going training also is evident in parts as our staff is enrolled in craftsman courses that are year round, a must to keep up with on going technology in today?s auto market place.
