The Mike Erdman Motors Service Department is managed by Kelly Brabbs, a third generation Service Director. With those experiences he has grown to be a very customer oriented Service Director who works everyday to meet his customers expectations. His customers are pleased with the fact that his team consistently exceeds their expectations. We take customer service (CSI) very seriously, we are a leader in overall customer satisfaction.
