   The Mike Erdman Motors Service Department is managed by Kelly Brabbs, a third generation Service Director. With those experiences he has grown to be a very customer oriented Service Director who works everyday to meet his customers expectations. His customers are pleased with the fact that his team consistently exceeds their expectations. We take customer service (CSI) very seriously, we are a leader in overall customer satisfaction.

We continually raise the standards for all areas of service to stay on top of changing technologies in our industry. We are proud of our staff as they have put in additional time and effort to achieve MASTER & ELITE status in their chosen professions.
